Ultra Probiotic

Ultra Probiotic

Ultra probiotic contains 24 probiotic species including what are known as keystone species. Most probiotic supplements hand you a single strain and call it done. Your gut needs an entire community. Ultra Probiotic delivers one trillion CFUs across 24 certified organic probiotic species — including the keystone strains that most formulas miss — alongside a carefully selected cast of prebiotic foods, plant proteins, and gut-supportive botanicals. This is not a supplement you add to your routine. It’s the foundation of one.

How Ultra Probiotic Works for Gut Health & Immunity

Ultra Probiotic is built around the concept of microbial diversity. Keystone probiotic species — the ecological anchors of a healthy microbiome — stimulate the production of beneficial ultra flora critical care probiotic that regulate digestion, modulate the immune system, and enhance nutrient absorption. They also support the gut-brain axis, the bidirectional communication channel increasingly linked to mood and mental clarity.

The formula surrounds those 24 strains with a synergistic base of certified organic ingredients: sacha inchi protein contributes a complete amino acid profile to support the intestinal lining; chicory and baobab act as prebiotics, providing the fibre that feeds the probiotics; acerola cherry delivers vitamin C to create an acidic environment where beneficial bacteria thrive; ginseng and turmeric reduce gut inflammation and support the integrity of the intestinal wall; ginger has prebiotic effects that stimulate bacterial growth; and shiitake mushroom contributes vitamin D, which plays a direct role in immune-gut interaction.

The 24 probiotic strains include both Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium species: L. Lactis, L. Brevis, L. Clausi, L. Fermentum, L. Casei, L. Para casei, L. Bulgurus, L. Coagulans, L. Salvarius, L. Helveticus, L. Reuteri, L. Acidophilus, L. Rhamnosus, L. Plantarum, L. Gasseri, B. Longum, B. Bifidum, B. Lactis, B. Breve, B. Infantis, and B. Animalis.

The Transition Note – What to Expect in the First Few Weeks

When you introduce a high-CFU, multi-strain probiotic after a period without one, your gut microbiome undergoes rebalancing. Some people notice temporary digestive changes — mild bloating or altered bowel habits — during the first one to two weeks. This is a normal response as the new probiotic strains colonise and the existing bacterial populations shift.
Starting at a lower dose (half a teaspoon daily) and building up over the first week is the most comfortable way to begin. Drink plenty of water and allow the process to settle before increasing your intake.

How to Use

Start with one level teaspoon (4g) daily — this delivers over 30 billion CFUs, enough to begin active colonisation of the colon. During stable periods, half a teaspoon (10–20 billion CFUs) is sufficient for maintenance. During periods of increased need — illness, high stress, or digestive disruption — two level teaspoons (40–60 billion CFUs) per day may be appropriate.
Mix into a smoothie, stir into a glass of water, or sprinkle over breakfast. Store below 30°C / 86°F.
